Apartment & Relocation Center is led by its
President, Marietta C. Alba, CRP, CCHP, PMN an acknowledged leader
in the relocation segment of the real estate industry as well as in
the real estate community itself. She was honored as REALTOR® Broker
of the Year by the San Antonio Board of REALTORS® (SABOR) in 2002.
She has served as 2003 President of the San Antonio Chapter of
Women’s Council of REALTORS® as well as in other positions on
Executive and Governing Boards. She earned her Leadership Training
Graduate (LTG) designation from the Women’s Council of REALTORS® in
2002 as well as her Performance Management Network (PMN).
Marietta is among the first class awarded the designation of
Certified Corporate Housing Professional (CCHP) in 2007.
Marietta’s vision and expertise led her to form
Apartment & Relocation Center in 1983, more than 20 years ago—at a
time when rental relocation programs were almost unknown in the
industry. Using her knowledge of the needs of companies in
relocating their valued employees, she has built a thriving business
based on unexcelled service and attention to the challenge of making
the relocation process as tranquil and organized as possible.
In 1999, having established Apartment & Relocation
Center as the fastest growing rental relocation company in the area
that offers a separate Corporate Housing division, Marietta opened
Corporate Rental Source of Austin, Inc. and serves as its President
. This office has adopted the missions and goals that have
made the first office so successful. In 2007, Corporate Rental
Source of Austin, Inc. was brought together with Apartment &
Relocation Center as one company serving both the San Antonio and
Austin markets in apartment leasing and corporate housing.

Relocation Consultant
Susan Peloquin has been associated with the real estate industry for over 20 years. A native of Houston, Susan moved to Austin in 1986 and loves her life there. After obtaining a BBA in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University, Susan has worked as a Realtor in residential real estate, on site as a relocation consultant at two major Austin high tech companies and now, for over two years, as a relocation consultant with the company serving the Austin area. She enjoys assisting clients in finding just the right apartment to meet their needs as well as helping them realize all that Austin has to offer.

Joyce Ullrich
Executive Assistant
Joyce Ullrich has assumed a new career for herself as
an Executive Assistant at Apartment & Relocation Center after completing
her career of service at Sears, Roebuck. Assisting in the Corporate
Housing Department, she also provides support for the administrative
and accounting staff. Her outside interests include Belgian Folk Dancing,
gardening, and working with community charities.

A native of Texas, Kari Utz serves in corporate housing
sales for Apartment and Relocation Center. With vast experience in the
corporate housing and relocation industries, she has worked for national
as well as local providers of corporate housing. In addition,
she served as a Regional Sales Manager for a national furniture company.
Kari is very experienced in the BridgeStreet Worldwide philosophy of
“Corporate Housing Made Easy” as she worked for a BridgeStreet Premier
Global Alliance Partner in Houston, Texas. She has also worked
in major US markets such as Austin, and San Antonio, TX; Chicago, IL;
